We track volunteer hours for Grant purposes. To qualify for a Grant, we need to submit our volunteer hours by category. If we have enough, we can proceed, if we do not, we cannot further our application. We also submit the volunteer hours for various quality awards for Lake Windward Elementary. Thank you for not only helping our school with your efforts and thank you again for counting the hours and helping us a second time :) 

We need all volunteers to count all their hours and enter the information below. Whatever way is easiest for you, works for us. If you want to track by month, by week or by event, just give us the data so we can compile it.Keep track of all time when working on PTA tasks at home or running errands for it. Round your time to the nearest hour and fill in your time in the VIPS log book for entry by the VIPS Committee Chair.  PLEASE LOG OUT AS WELL AS IN – we cannot use your hours unless you do.
